Nneka Okpala (photo) again broke her club and New Zealand record with 13.91 in the triple jump. Because of her New Zealand nationality the Australian Champion is Meggan O’Riley with a great pb of 13.42. Ellen Pettitt 3rd Australian with 13.23.

Alwyn Jones (photo) continued with his amaz1ng run of wins (8) in the men’s triple with 16.38. Alwyn & Nneka are tantalisingly close to Olympic qualifying.

Linden Hall almost won gold in the 1500m and was a good 2nd in 4.14.41

Also from Vasily’s stable, Maxim Mishchenko won silver in the Pole Vault with 5.23, a new club record.
