Victorian Country Championships, Bendigo

Our club had a large contingent head up the highway to compete over the weekend.
Two club records were broken; Archie Noakes broke the club’s 40 year old U20 3000m
steeplechase record, winning in a time of 8:57.97. He had to do it on his own as he won the race by
over a minute.

Sukhnoor Rangi broke her own U15, 16 & 17 pole vault records and equalled the club’s U 18 club
record with a leap of 3.00m.


Second place:

Sukhnoor Rangi U 16 pole vault 3.00m (2 nd )

Molly Bremner U14 3000m 11:49.6 (2 nd ). She also ran the 1500m in 5:34.93

Third place:

Khushnoor Rangi U 16 pole vault 2.85m (3 rd )
