Congratulations Maz Strong on winning the 1500m at the Frame Running International Cup Strong won the 1500m by running 5:26.48 to break the previous world record of 5:48.00.

Strong also came third in the 100m with a time of 18.10, which was also faster than the previous world record.

Frame running (also known as race running) has in recent years become a game changer in Australia for those with impaired mobility. Frame Running provides those without the freedom of running on their own, the ability to experience running across a range of distances.
