We now have our Exclusive Times back for training. This has happened because we have agreed with Moonee Valley Council to follow certain rules for the foreseeable future.
In brief, Only Club Members will be allowed to train during our times. Parents will be asked to remain outside.
Anytime you train at the MVAC, check in with the QR code. We started this system this week and it has been used by all…thank you!
Bring your own towel, water bottles, mats etc. ie No Sharing of equipment etc
Keep Physical Distance….this includes while doing laps (research suggests you should be at least 2 metres from other runners so you’re not inhaling their “slip stream” breathe.
Coaches and athletes should bring hand sanitiser and use it regularly.
And MOST IMPORTANT….Don’t come to the track if you’re feeling unwell.
