With Athletics on pause in Victoria, some of our athletes managed to sneak out just before the border closures to compete at the ACT Champs in Canberra over the weekend. Unfortunately- the border closures also meant a few athletes who had planned to compete were unable to get there in the end.
At a notoriously fast AIS track, the ACT champs is often considered one of the best meets in Australia where athletes from around the country converge to see how they stack up against their interstate rivals a few months out from nationals.
