Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Athletics Essendon Inc. will be held on Sunday, 2 August 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Bill Burke Room, located in the clubrooms at the Moonee Valley Athletics Centre.

 A morning tea will be provided at 11:30 AM, followed by the summer season awards for 2025-26, followed by the AGM.

 Agenda

 1.     Apologies.

2.     Confirmation of minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.

3.     To receive and consider –

·       The annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Club for the year to 30 June 2026.

·       The financial statements of the Club for the year to 30 June 2026.

4.     President Report.

5.     To elect members of the committee for the ensuing year.

6.     Partnership with the Essendon Football Club.

7.     General business.

Any member who cannot attend the meeting physically can appoint a proxy on their behalf using the Proxy Form.

The rules for Athletics Essendon Inc. are based on The Model Rules of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and are available on the club website (under Policies). Specific clauses registered for our club are: (1) The name of the incorporated association is Athletics Essendon Incorporated (2) The purposes of the association are to promote and conduct the sport of athletics (3) The financial year of the Association is each period of 12 months ending on June 30.
