Hello everyone! I hope all those athletes & their families, parents, friends, supporters, no longer competing for the season are enjoying a well-deserved rest & some down time! On the flip side, I trust all those athletes heading to Adelaide are managing to keep those end-of-season niggles under control & getting excited for the pinnacle of all their hard work & dedication as we head into the last two weeks of preparation before crossing the border for the Australian Championships, April 11-19. Go Athletics Essendon & Team Vic!!
